PUBLIC INFORMATIONAL MEETING WITH DEP SCHEDULED FOR:

THURSDAY, OCTOBER 3rd, 2:00 PM,

TYLERSPORT FIRE HOUSE LARGE MEEETING ROOM

Naceville Materials Quarry is located on Ridge Road in West Rockhill Township just outside Salford Township.

Meeting Minutes - January 17, 2002

The quarry is responsible for replacing failed wells within 6,000 feet in the impact zone (see maps attached) within Salford Township.

Due to recent well issues in Tylersport and beyond, please take the following steps to notify PA DEP, H&K Group and Salford Township:

1. Report your well complaint to DEP (1-570-621-3118)

2. Report your well issue to H&K Group at prteam@hkgroup.com (610-222-3516)

3. Report your property address and well issue to Salford Township for recording (215-257-5664)
